VISA SUPPORT

In Russian Federation the same rules are - to enter Russian territory all foreign citizens must complete a visa procedure. Entry Russian visas are issuing in Russian embassies or consulates according to the applicants place of residence. Ground for issue is official MFA RF (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation) invitation or invitation from touristic company, which has MFA accreditation.

Getting Russian visa for foreign citizens can be a significant waste of time and energy - as well as getting exit visa for Russian citizens. You should pay special attention to the choosing of visa type because the type of invitation, the price and the list of providing documents depend on it. If you will complete the invitation incorrect for example, business invitation for touristic visa - it can complicate the issuing of entrance visa. Step one

Step two

To get an invitation you need to provide following documents:

  1. Filled up form.



  1. Good passport copy.

  2. A letter from visiting persons employer company about primary activity affixed with the seal.

Also following information is needed:


    • Citizenship;

    • Place of employment abroad (full name of the company);

    • Place of employment address and telephone number;

    • Appointment;

    • Country of permanent residence (country and region);

    • Country if birth (country, place);

    • Visit dates:

    • Cities of visit (not more than 5 cities);

    • Place of visa issuing (country and city);

    • Place of supposed registration. Business invitation you can get in:

    • OPV CIAD (Office for Passport and Visas of Moscow city), in this case the invitation form is printed and should be provided in the original to Russian consulate abroad to get the visa.

    • MFA RF (Department of Consular Service), in this case it is possible to send invitation via telex to Russian consulate and it is enough for getting visa and package of documents to provide the file number.
Touristic voucher is forming in our company office and will be sent by fax to you and to consulate in the country, where visa will be issued.

Important: when applying for multiply invitation it is necessary to provide all former RF visas copies, if they exist.

Step 3

To get a visa foreign citizen must provide Russian consulate with following documents:

  • Invitation.

  • Foreign passport, effective not less then for 6 months since the date of leaving the country.
In the case of standard private visa issuing for entering Russian Federation for immediate treatment or in the case of close relatives severe illness or death the passport should be effective till the end of visa validity. In the case of educational or business visa issuing the passport should be effective not less then for 1,5 years since the visa validity start date.

  • Consular form in duplicate filled up and signed.
Form is filling up in the RF diplomatic mission or consular office country of residence state language, or in Russian or English.

  • Photo - 3*4, black-white or colour, with correct full face image without any headgear and dark glasses. Exception for foreign citizens, for which permanent wearing of headgear is a mandatory attribute of their nationality or religion, only if foreign citizen is wearing the same headgear at the passport photo.
