The rooms have already been also equipped with individual climate control systems and are going to be complete with the latest beds with orthopedic mattresses and antiallergenic pillows. The furniture and the fabrics for decoration are manufactured by the individual order in Italy. The rooms and hallways will be decorated with moldings, and bathrooms will be finished with marble and in some rooms Jacuzzis will be installed. However, despite all these innovations it is planned to keep the unique atmosphere of the past years, that is to combine the flair of the 20th century and technics of the 21st century.
Today the accommodation fund of the Savoy Hotel, Moscow makes up 84 rooms, however, the number will be decreased to 70 after the reconstruction. Thanks to the reconstruction of the 14 rooms the rest 70 will increase their area. The rooms will be divided into the following categories: standard (40 rooms), suites (7 accommodations) including the president apartment. A room for physically challenged people is also provided.
