In the Rus-Hotel there are 187 double accommodations of various categories from executive suites to economy class rooms. Children under 12 staying in one room with their parents are accommodated free of charge. It is also possible to obtain an additional child's bed, also free of charge.

At your service there is a spacious conference hall with a capacity of 340 seats to arrange conferences and seminars. Negotiations may be held in a smaller hall with a capacity of 30 seats. In case of arranging conferences there is a 15% room rate discount.
In 1992 a joint Dutch-Russian enterprise Russ Hotel was established. The building has been repaired, its technical systems have been changed completely since that time. Stage-by-stage reconstruction which began in 2000, has covered not only the building interior and exterior, but also the adjacent territory. Even though it is remote from the city center, the Russ Hotel has taken part in various branch competitions, and in 2003 was awarded with a Crystal Castle for best banquet services provided by its restaurant.

However, there is enough space for everybody.the Rus Hotel has 187 double rooms with all the conveniences that are also equipped with a fire-prevention systema and a security system (electronic locks).
An additional bed may be provided free of charge for children up to 12 years old that live together with their parents. Breakfast is not included in the rates, however, it can be ordered for additional payment.
The Russ Hotel, Moscow, is situated in the southern part of the city, on the intersection of MKAD (the 33rd kilometre) and Varshavskoye Highway (the 21st kilometre), in 30-minutes' ride from the Vnukovo and Domodedovo airports and in 45-minutes' ride from the Sheremetyevo Airport.
The hotel's remoteness from the centre is outweighed by its closeness to the capital's major airports. In the neighbourhood are Tsaritsynsky and Bittsevsky parks with magnificent nature, cafes and attractions.
You can get to the hotel from the Annino or Bulvar Dmitriya Donskogo underground stations (bus 518, 668, 249 and 118 up to the Motel stop).
