The occupancy of Moscow hotels of all categories even during the off-season (at the end of the last year and the beginning of this year) exceeded average European 50 per cent, reaching the level of more than 90 per cent in some cases. The increase in the occupancy of working hotels is partly due to the fact that a lot of hotels in Moscow have been closed for reconstruction. The most expensive boutique and luxury hotels with the prices of up to 3,000 dollars per night traditionally remain in great demand.
This favorable situation makes up another reason for a lot of companies deciding to enter the market as well as for drawing the attention of Russian investors to the business.
The level of occupancy in the hotels remains high this year, reaching the top level right after the holidays.
