The city authorities will conduct a land auction for the construction of a high-rise building of public use on the west side of Moscow.
According to the interlocutor of the Agency, the certificate of authorized use of land for construction in accordance with the "New Ring of Moscow" investment program for the high-rise building has been approved. The land has an area of 35,000 sq. meters and is located at 13 Gorbunov street.
The complex will include a hotel with 250 rooms. The hotel will occupy an area of about 8,000 sq. meters.
