A new hotel is to be constructed on the Kursky Railway Station Square by the end of 2013. It will offer 320 guest rooms. According to the Mayor and the Moscow Government press-center, the appropriate regulation has been already signed by first Deputy Mayor of Moscow Vladimir Resin.
The hotel will be a part of a multifunctional center on the Kursky Railway Station Square. Financing is going to be 99% at the investors expense and 1% will be financed from municipal budget. For the purpose of the construction of the center a nonresidential building on Zemlyanoy Val street 37, building 2 is going to be demolished. The owner of condemned house with overall area 1200 square m. will receive compensation for that.
