Radisson SAS Belorusskaya
 The total investment in the reconstruction of the Radisson SAS Belorusskaya Hotel located in the center of Moscow will amount to 50 million dollars.
The 17-storied Radisson SAS Belorusskaya Hotel will feature 250 rooms including 16 luxury suites, a restaurant, a lobby-bar, a banquet room, 4 conference halls, and a spa center.
"We plan to have the reconstruction work finished by the end of 2009," noted the representative of the Rezidor Hotel Group Managing Company at the construction's official opening, which took place on June 10th. Aside from the company's officials, among those attending the ceremony was Reverend Father Alexander, who blessed the construction and wished a successful execution of the project.
The investor of the project is Zolotoy Dvorets Recreational Center, Ltd., while the main developer is Danstroy company.
Rezidor Hotel Group is developing an international chain of hotels under the Radisson SAS Hotels Resorts, Park Inn Hotels, and Country Inns Suites brands in Europe, Middle East and Asia. At the moment the company's portfolio includes 334 hotels, both operating and under construction, in 52 countries of the world.
In Russia Rezidor Hotel Group owns 20 hotels, 10 of which are under construction.
