A new hotel is to be built on the Balaklavskii avenue

A 100-room hotel is to be built in Moscow at Balaklavskii Avenue 4-B. Yury Luzhkov, Mayor of Moscow, has signed the order to draft preproject documentation for the construction.

Duties as State Contractor for preparatoin of the preproject documentation on the project have been assigned to Moscomarchitecture Company.
