"Ismailovo" hotel in Moscow is recommended to British tourists
Moscow still tops the lists of the most expensive cities in the world. Moscow hotels are also notable for their high prices. The Guardian site posted the list of five reasonably priced Moscow hotels from the British point of view.
1. Hotel complex "Ismailovo". The complex consists of four buildings: "Ismailovo Alfa", "Ismailovo Beta", "Ismailovo Vega" and "Ismailovo Gamma-Delta". The complex is meant for the Russians rather than foreign tourists but a possibility of booking a room less than for 70 pounds a day is a wonderful option for travellers with modest budget. "Partisanskaya" is the nearest Metro station.
2. "Asia" offers an even cheaper option. A single room costs approximately 26 pounds, a double room is about 44 pounds. "Ryazanskiy Prospekt" is the nearest Metro station.
3. "Globus" is an apartment-type hotel with 50 rooms. It is possible to take a room with one bedroom and a kitchen for less than 50 pounds. "VDNH" is the nearest Metro station.
4. "Maksima Slaviya". The cost starts from 85 pounds booked online. The nearest Metro station is in a few kilometers but it is possible to reach the "VDNH" station by bus.
"Babushkinskaya" is the nearest Metro station.
5. "Sputnik". Spectacular view of Vorobjovy Gori opens from the rooms on the top of the building.
Single rooms price starts from 82 pounds and double room price starts from 92 pounds. "Leninskiy Prospekt" is the nearest Metro station.
