CCA “Advanced Construction Management” has informed that the project of the 2nd and 3rd Lefortovo Districts development provides for the construction of high-rise buildings and apartment hotels.
According to the press service, the total area of apartments in the buidlings to be demolished comprises 124,000 sq m. The total area of apartments in the new buildings is 188,600 sq m.
To provide residents of these neighborhoods with parking, underground parking lot are planned to be constructed under each of the building. It is also planned to build eight new kindergartens in the neighborhood and an annex to Kindergarten 1308. In addition to this, the project provides for the construction of three schools and an annex to School 733. Also projected are two sport and fitness centers.
Lastly, it is planned to build two 18- and 24-storeyed buildings with hotel rooms (170 and 115, respectively), a fitness club, restaurants, cafes, and various service centers.
