The best Russian hotel
The Marriott Grand Hotel, Moscow, has been ranked the best Russian hotel of 2007 by readers of the Global Finance magazine.
Recently the hotel celebrated its 10th anniversary. According to ProHotel.ru, the hotel was opened in August 1997 and became the first premium-class hotel of the widely known international Marriott brand on the Moscow market.
The hotel is located on Tverskaya Street, 15 minutes of walk from the Red Square and the Bolshoy Theatre. In 2006, at a poll taken within the framework of the Marriott World Program, 92% of the hotel guests approved it in terms of services and the quality of services, while the results of the Quality Control Audit also revealed a 92% approval rate.
This year, polls were taken among 20,000 readers of the Global Finance Magazine. Among the hotels in other countries, they acknowledged the Georges V Hotel in Paris, France, the Raffles Plaza Hotel in Singapore, and the JW Marriott Hotel in Dubai.
