10 hotels will be constructed by a Bavarian company
 There will be 10 new three star hotels in Moscow from the Bavarian company "MAVI Management Center". The hotel fund is more than 2000 numbers.
Presently, the following plots of land with the following addresses are marked out for the building of hotels: Ayvazovskiy street, building 7, the intersection of Inez Armand street and Golubinsky street, Horoshevsky highway, building 39 A, 1st Mitinsky lane, building 25, Lublin street, building 137 A, Rossoshansky passage at the intersection with Rossoshansky street, Dmitrovsky highway, [mkr].109, ????? Metro, Warsaw highway, building 170, Chuksin tupik street, building 11, Lavochkina street, opposite building 8.
The hotels' strategy is developed by the "MAVI Management Center" company and Galaxy Group, with the participation of the German architectural bureau PCG Hotel Architects.
According to the expert assessment of the company Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, the investment in constructing the hotels will cost the investor from $100 thousand for one number.
The construction will begin in 2008. The hotels are planned to operate by 2010.
