The first high-rise multifunctional public complex with a hotel will be developed in Western Moscow. The skyscraper will be constructed on a land area of 1.7 hectares that is located at Ozernaya Street, building 37.
The work will be conducted within the frameworks of the urban investment program "New ring of Moscow". The design planning will be concluded by the end of next year.
One more hotel will be constructed at Balshoi Tulskoi Street. According to the order of the mayor of Moscow Jury Luzhkov, the hotel (as part of the multifunctional centre) should take a land area of 0.39 hectares. The total area of the hotel is 35.5 thousand sq. m: 28 thousand sq. m aboveground and 7500 sq. m underground for the accommodation of a four-level car park with 192 parking spaces.
