 The Plan for the Hotel Building in Moscow Can Be Knocked on the Head

The Moscow City Council deputy Ivan Novitsky declared that the plan for the hotel building in Moscow can be knocked on the head. This is the result of Mosinvestkontrol objection to finalize a range of documents. The decrees for the sites based on the documentation prepared by the builders and the designers of the hotels are still without confirmation.

The office’s objection was justified by the fact that the lands were received by the organizations without any competition.

The non-finalized scheme declares the building of 44 out of the planned 55 hotels by 2008. And by 2010 350 hotels are to be built in Moscow.

The majority of them have to be classified for the three star category. And several hostels have to be rebuilt into the two star hotels.
