Alexander Rozhkov, the chef of the restaurant "Brighton", has worked for many years at the restaurants of France, Italy and Switzerland and knows lots of original recipes for cooking dainty dishes, inimitable by their flavor properties.
There are more than 200 items in the menu of the restaurant "Brighton". You will be offered plenty of salads and cold snacks, soups both traditional and prepared by original recipes. You certainly must try the marvelous hot second dishes from fresh fish delivered to the restaurant from a farm located at Moscow suburbs as well as dishes from fresh meat and wild fowl.
And, of course, there is a wide choice of desserts. From 12.00 till 17.00 you are welcome to the business lunch consisting of a salad, a big portion of hot meal and juice. You will be amazed by the rich assortment of alcohol drinks: vodka, cognacs, liqueurs, champagnes and cocktails.
