At the guests’ services we have 10 rooms: 8 standard rooms, 1 semi-suite and 1 suite room. Two standard rooms are single and 6 – double. Some rooms are for non-smoking guests. Every room is provided with TV, telephone, fridge. Bathroom is with a bath, hairdryer. Accomodation for children under 7 years of age is free, for adults additional sleeping accomodation is possible. Continental breakfast included in the accomodation cost.

The Sverchkov hotel is located in the historical centre of Moscow in luxury area between Kitay-gorod and Chistye prudy. You can take a walk from the hotel to the Kremlin and Red square, the Bolshoy theatre, big shopping centres of Moscow, which now are historical monuments – GUM, Detsky mir, TSUM. Except lots of attractions in the centre of Moscow particularly near the hotel there are offices of various Russian and foreign companies, bank branches, various organizations, coffee houses and boutiques. You will need less than 20 minutes to reach by metro the Expocentre at Krasnaya Presnya, All-Russia Exhibition Centre (V.V.C.), Olimpiysky sport complex, railway stations of Moscow. Exhibition centre at Sokolniki is in about 15 minutes.
